Support new multilib naming scheme

This patch add support in winegcc for the new multilib naming scheme found in
Ubuntu 12.04+ : /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu and /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu instead
of /usr/lib32 and /usr/lib64
Support for the old naming scheme is not removed though.

With this patch applied on top of Wine 1.5.27 I'm able to build LMMS's VST
plugin successfully.
