[Bug 32632] Dragon Naturally Speaking 12 does not load with timeout error

This is still a problem with wine 1.5.27. 
To sum up, the program loads correctly, however, the first couple of times you
try to run it, it gets caught up in a timeout error while trying to display
some information box. 
If you re-boot the computer, the next time the information box displays
correctly (after a long wait) but then it gets caught up on a timeout error for
the next information box. 
NatSpeak has two or three of these, which only show up on the first opening
(thank goodness). However, the timeout error probably affects the program in
other ways. For instance, after I have been dictating for a while, put the
microphone into "go to sleep" state, walk away for a few minutes, then come
back and say "wake up" sometimes the program has lost focus.
