Tera Rising Installer fails

Thanks for responding.

At first I got, in the output...

wine setup.exe                                                                  
err:module:import_dll Library mscoree.dll (which is needed by

L"clr_optimization_v4.0.30319_32" failed to start                               
fixme:service:scmdatabase_autostart_services Auto-start service
L"clr_optimization_v4.0.30319_32" failed to start: 1053  

which was resolved by downloading:

mscoree.dll - 4.0.40305.0 (Main.040305-0000)

from:

http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?mscoree

After that I get the output with debug symbols installed that is attached
