It's free to play, though, isn't it?

Also according to
http://aion.zam.com/wiki/Kraka's_Den_(Aion_Place)
you can teleport to the area in question with the in-game command
   /where Kraka's Den

legluondunet, is that right?  What are the sequence of keystrokes /
mouse clicks needed to reproduce the problem from launch (for people who
don't know the game)?
