I'm using Ubuntu 12.04 64-bit, not in a virtual machine. I use Unity mostly,
but also use GNOME sometimes, since Unity can make fullscreen apps puke or
misbehave.

The mouse moves too fast sideways - the slightest nudge makes the player move
sideways too fast. This makes it too easy to make mistakes in the game,
especially when dodging the greys with the "Mono" character. In Windows 7, the
player moves much slower (but not too slow) and "smoothly", not in a sudden
jolt. It's best to test this game in Wine and real Windows - if possible, then
you will notice the difference.

Adjusting the mouse speed in the settings does make a difference - but it just
makes the character move either too fast or too slowly.

I've only discovered this problem in Audiosurf so far.

Hope that helps? :)
