I have deleted all spam comments by tokoku12345 as well as spam comments made
under other usernames (one at least seems to be the same person) in the past
couple of months. I also checked back a full year of comments for other spam
that may have slipped through, but found none before March of this year. 

Anyone who thinks all 46,000+ comments going back 9 years should be reviewed is
welcome to do so. 

Note that while there was a lot of spam from this spammer, it was nowhere near
10,000 posts. Google treats every test report as a separate page, so the total
number of pages returned from a search is not an accurate count of the total
number of times a particular comment may appear: a single comment in an entry
that has 80 test reports will show up on Google as 80 separate pages. 

Note also that due to bug 31973, there is no way to prevent this spammer, or
anyone else, from posting more spam.
