This bug is in regards to an inability to access Japanese Locale. It has
nothing to do with the software itself being run on Wine. It should exist on
every version of Wine since Danmakufu became compatible.

The bug does not occur on mac when executed with the following:

LANG="ja_JP" wine th_dnh.exe
