Hello folks,

confirming, it needs Network Configuration Component Object (netcfgx.dll)
implemented.
Well, at least some stub methods.

For the sake of having another netcfgx consumer this app might be useful.
For general operation this app isn't going to work with Wine anyway.
Basically it's a packet sniffer which uses kernel level NDIS hooking (installs
it's own kernel driver).

You could try the workaround from here:
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=30208#c1 (using native component and
importing some registry branch) to overcome driver installation issue.
