I can reproduce this in wine-1.3.14 (but I needed native ie7 to get past the
splash screen). It works fine in wine-1.7.7-199-g608b1e1.

It doesn't look like it was a wine-mono bug though, winetricks dotnet20 didn't
make a difference in wine-1.3.14.

Anyway, fixed.
