Hello folks,

using default english locale the first part of EULA is empty/not displayed.
However if I use a different locale the whole EULA is displayed properly:

$ LANG=de_DE.utf8 wine msiexec -i PhysX-9.13.0604-SystemSoftware.msi
$ LANG=ru_RU.utf8 wine msiexec -i PhysX-9.13.0604-SystemSoftware.msi
--- snip ---

The window title/caption still remains garbled in either case.
