not sure if you have read/understood my comment #7 ... 
There is no need to further attach output and/or trying to interpret terminal
messages.
They are harmless and have nothing to do with the actual problem.

The issue has been identified and it will probably take some time (months,
maybe years) to resolve that. Check all the other unicode/collation related
bugs for reference.
