Hello Austin,

once again, please refrain from resolving my bug reports as 'fixed' so quickly
after the daily GIT master update - unless you really validated that the bug
was fixed.

There is one missing bit: 'loader/wine.inf.in' has to be updated too because it
contains the version information used during initial 32-bit and 64-bit
WINEPREFIX creation.
