Honestly spoken I could not recognize this suggestion from AF's post.
Although I noticed this setcap stuff he was talking about I had no idea what
this means.

Anyway - even after 

 setcap cap_net_raw+epi /usr/bin/wine-preloader 

SunnyExplorer does not find any inverters
