I now think that the crash is not related to IFileDialog, but to missing
support to MFPlat.dll and MFReadWrite.dll:

err:module:import_dll Library MFReadWrite.dll (which is needed by
L"C:\\users\\Public\\Application Data\\Ableton\\Live 9
Suite\\Program\\VideoExportMMF.dll") not found
err:module:import_dll Library MFPlat.DLL (which is needed by
L"C:\\users\\Public\\Application Data\\Ableton\\Live 9

So the solution would be to implement the required subset of mfplat and
mfreadwrite into wine.
