Confirmed in wine-1.7.8 under Kubuntu 13.10 x64. Log attached (ommitted the
logs for launching Steam to focus on just launching Mystara).

A window is created with no title and nothing inside of it. The window cannot
be closed except by killing ManaGame.exe, which is listed by the ps command as
being defunct.
