Hello folks,
the software is protected by an older Themida version which doesn't interfere
with Wine (surprise) - only debugging is pain.
There is a small application "Oxygen Connection Wizard v.3.0" which can be used
for testing.
relay thunks won't work with Themida but +server is enough.

First your phone has to be properly recognized and registered by Linux kernel.
Check kernel messages (dmesg), verify the creation of '/dev/ttyACMx' serial
devices (udev rules) and the like.
Wine can't make it magically work if underlying Linux fails to recognize the
device.
You have to create registry and dosdevices symlinks manually -> dupe of bug
11811
