Hello folks,

the VB6 runtime causes these messages to be emitted during error handling.
They are benign and not reason of VB6 applications misbehaving -> can be safely
ignored.

I tested some applications mentioned here with Wine 1.7.9 and found no one had
serious problems.

Please provide an application/test case that _clearly_ demonstrates a problem
with OleLoadPictureEx otherwise close the bug.
