Hello folks,
this is now also fixed for newly created WINEPREFIXes.
Fixed by commit

NOTE: already existing 64-bit Windows XP SP1 prefixes must be manually
corrected (winecfg -> select different Windows version into view, re-select
Windows XP -> ok/save).
