Further testing with Wine 1.5.22, minimize does not appear to be an issue.
However using the Guild Wars "restore" icon does cause issues. The title bar is
not accessable, in some cases background windows are not accessable, windows
cannot be resized. ALT+TAB will not function and the user must use Guild Wars
F11 to reset to Full Screen. Some but not all of these issues happen when using
Wine config with the "Allow Windows Manager to Control Windows" unchecked.
Again this issue seems to be more related to the game's desire to control the
size and appearance of the window and less to do with the version of Wine used
or the desktop environment.
