I just tried the Guild Wars 2 trading post with the official wine 1.5.23 Ubuntu
package.  It's working better than it was with previous versions, but some
images are still not loading.

The chromium_no_cascade2 patch now fails to apply, but removing the the
schannel_gnutls.c part makes it apply cleanly and fixes the trading post.
