MacPorts users are experiencing this issue as well, with clang versions earlier
than Apple clang-425.0.24 which is included in Xcode 4.6.
https://trac.macports.org/ticket/37905
Because wine never built correctly with clang before, in MacPorts we are
setting the CC and CXX environment variables to a non-clang compiler so we are
surprised that this is not being honored anymore.
