The problem is no longer present, the application splash screen and the
entrance menu are very fast. To get the app running "winetricks dotnet20" is
required. It's not possible to get past the first menu even after winetricks
mdac28 jet40.

I'm assuming this fixed, if anyone is stille able to reproduce the original
issue feel free to reopen.
