Increasing priority -- annoying issue that affects usability.

The only way wine can be made usable now is to force "MS Shell Dlg" and "MS
Shell Dlg2" to a Dejavu font (I use DejaVu Sans Condensed).

But Microsoft fonts will look awful in applications and forcing their
substitution to other fonts will cause compatibility issues.
