Visual Basic 6 IDE after the bug

When trying to resize the form, draging a form handle (9 little boxes
surrounding the form). The form doesn't resize.

Exactly at mouse down, the window dissapears (see upper left corner where the
icon is not present). The window is not there but a false image persist.
