After my search, the update crash only with MaxPayne 3 Update during the
installation. So, it's possible to install patch manually without problem.

The files are present in "$WINEPREFIX/drive_c/users/YOUR_NAME/temp" directory.
So, i don't know if the bug reports can be "closed abandoned" or if there are
solutions to resolv the crash by the Updater.
