In case anyone would like to test with the "Use glBufferSubDataARB for dynamic
buffer uploads" patch, I have applied it to the Ubuntu wine build I maintain
for Guild Wars 2 users.  Sadly, it doesn't seem to help that game on my system
(GeForce 660 Ti, nvidia-current 310.19) but it would be interesting to hear
from others.
