Terminal output starting Storyline with dotnet20sp2 installed

The log is different when dotnet20sp2 is installed with winetricks, but the app
still does not get past the splash screen. Note that I intentionally disabled
dw20.exe in winecfg to prevent it from intercepting the backtrace.
