Hello,

I don't see any USB driver related code in installer.
The installer enumerates all drive letters (checks for drive type), most likely
looking for a USB mass storage device.

If Linux doesn't recognize your device as USB mass storage at all there is
nothing Wine can do.
Basically you need to be able to assign a DOS drive letter (through winecfg).
