Hi, Daniel.

Patches are not picked from bugzilla, please send it to wine-patches.

Here some obvious issues I spotted:

- function documentation uses old parameter names;
- spec file should use wstr for W call;
- please add some tests for new calls;
- don't use tabs to indent.
