I just did while testing for bug 27991, it fails with similar backtrace when
using .NET 4. So this is probably about gdiplus/windowscodecs.

P.S. I'm marking this as dependent on Lsa* bug, cause to get to this backtrace
you really need get past Lsa* crash.
