[Bug 32125] RebelBetting exits silently

With wine-1.6-rc4-99-g94c7806 I noticed that it doesn't exit silently but sits
in RAM running at 100% CPU (on a single core).

Left to run for around three minutes and the main thread eventually becomes a
zombie with a single line printed in the console at this point:

7bc5b92e esp 00240a40 stack 0x240000-0x241000-0x340000

Effectively no change.

Note: Not using any workarounds so it will be using wine-mono (2.0?)
