Ran installation in a loop for around 30 minutes without native qcap or quartz
in wine-1.6-rc4-99-g94c7806 before becoming really bored...

Installation finished successfully every time. This appears to be fixed.

If it reappears in a future release then there is something much deeper going
on.

Annoyingly native quartz is still need for Bug 31651.
