The TestBot has a single virtual NIC, so for most purposes that works fine. 
Unfortunately, to address Alexandre's comment on the patch for this I need a
machine with two NICs and the TestBot only has one (and the old Windows PC I
have access to only has one because the other is broken).  So, I can write a
test for what he wants - I just can't actually test it :)
