Doesn't happen with wine-1.6-rc5 and version from
http://download.gamezone.com/pc/sega/tod-demo.zip
(SHA1 96fe3edb2431210932af840e29c59bce6b7fc80f)

Still a bunch of ole errors, but installer finishes normally.
(BTW there is no Finished dialog in WinXP either)
