Re-tested, this is fixed in 1.6 rc4 (probably earlier). Not only that, but
after installing RAD Studio 2007, it actually works, nice!

Note for others attempting this: it only works (for me) with WINEARCH=win32:
without that, the setup attempts to install the 64-bit version of the .NET SDK,
which fails. Also, I need winetricks to install not only mdac28 but also
dotnet20sp2 (dotnet20 might be enough) first. Installation appears to succeed
without dotnet20sp2 installed, but actually fails, and installing dotnet20sp2
afterwards is not enough to repair that.

It still has some graphical glitches that make some parts of the interface hard
to use, but that's unrelated to this bug.
