Installation fails here, too. Ubuntu 12.10 "quantal" x86_64. Might be an
Ubuntu-related issue. I saw the "err:msi:ITERATE_Actions Execution halted..."
message, too. However, with the latest stable release, it vanished. Now the
installer itself shows the unhelpful error message "Beim Laden der
Setup-Komponenten ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Setup wird abgebrochen." / "A
problem has been encountered while loading the setup components. Canceling
setup.". The error is displayed after the setup extracts its files and the
progress bar approaches one third.
