A test case code example.

I'm trying to create reproduction instructions (if only for myself!), so I'll
start with this program:

Attaching a fully working code example. Compile with 

`i586-mingw32msvc-gcc prog.c`

When I run the program, I get "err:winebrowser:launch_app could not find a
suitable app to run". I installed mozilla firefox and set it as the default
browser. What else needs to be done to reproduce this?
