I run this game with wine 1.6 rc5 in Ubuntu 13.04 64bit(Linux 3.8)
If use the built-in wininet, the online upgrading would fail. 
(You could see an progress bar on the bottom of the game laucher window, under
this progress bar it will shows '更新失败' which means the online updagrading has
failed.)

Just for an addition, try `winetrick -q flash` before launching the game. :)
