Open uTorrent 2.2.1 build 25302, start downloading any torrent, the incoming
connections icon should turn green.

Go to settings change anything, hit apply.

Immediately you'll see an error message (twice):

TCP port bind failed 0.0.0.0:1234: (10048) Error 10048
TCP port bind failed 0.0.0.0:1234: (10048) Error 10048

Incoming connections to that port cannot be established any longer.

No, it's not resolved.

Actually it's a bug in the Linux kernel, so I'm marking it "RESOLVED/UPSTREAM"
because there's nothing Wine developers can do about it.
