There's already a link in http://wiki.winehq.org/RegressionTesting, where it's
most useful.

And as you mentioned, it's already in the FAQ, and BTW the homepage says
"Download - Install the *latest* wine" (emphasis added).

So resolving WONTFIX (I'll fix the FAQ to remove the comment, though )
