Workaround: I found a solution to black start screen (cut scene). 
I've used that post :
http://www.gog.com/forum/syberia_series/syberia_1_in_window_mode/post3

to run Syberia in windowed mode. 
That is : add to this dir (change to your setup):
/home/XXX/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Steam/SteamApps/common/Syberia
a file player.ini
with following content :
800 600 16 0 BaseCMO.cmo

After that I got running first cut scene, however my game screen start to
flicker. To overcome this I've used following content of player.ini:
1024 768 16 0 BaseCMO.cmo
and I've used virtual desktop setting for wine (800x600)
