Commit "winex11: Properly calculate the virtual screen rect in xinerama_init()"
introduced a regression for the game "Carmageddon TDR 2000". This commit has
been introduced in wine-1.5.9.

Intro videos are only partly visible in the upper left corner in full screen
mode. The mouse cursor has to be moved into the upper left corner in order to
see the videos completely.
