Closing INVALID.

This turned out to be a classic case of PEBKAC. I changed a bios setting that
allowed the cpufreq driver to load. The ondemand governor throttled the CPU
down for some reason.

While there may or may not be a problem with the ondemand governor, Wine's
definitely not to blame here.
