The Launcher also gets Error 7 sometimes and it seems to be related with SSL
and how wine handles that.

How to reproduce: 
1] Download and install the game from www.eveonline.com
2] Run the Game (launches the launcher)

Please note that you don't need to have an active account to actually show the
launcher. Though the Error 7 with SSL issues may be needed to try a login, if
so create a trial account, the account does not need to be active to continue
the debugging.
