I've decided to mark this bug as resolved. The original bug (the FPS
regression) has been fixed, and the gstreamer component has to do with
gstreamer, not wine. I may decide to file that bug seperately, but since we're
in 1.6 release candidate mode, it's best to close this bug for now.
