[Bug 24834] Erratic exceptions when printing with Paywindow

With wine 1.6-rc2, it is not possible to create a new company or open a new
database in paywindow 11.0.21, so it is not possible to determine whether the
software still experiences the exception problem.

On windows, paywindow will open an existing database or offer the option to
create a new company on the file menu.  On ubuntu + wine 1.6-rc2, the New
Company option is greyed out, and if an old database is selected, the software
does not open it.  (After an attempted open, the login screen disappears and
the database indicator at the bottom of Paywindow says Database: NONE).
