Since this bug has been open for 5 years now with no official fix in sight, I
asked the nice people at PlayOnLinux to make a Wine build 1.5.5. with these
fixes here. I've just tested it and the pen pressure works great (with
TabletMouseSimulation to 1). So now there's a Wine build on PlayOnLinux called
1.5.5-SAI with which you can have working pen pressure in SAI. Hope people find
this useful, until a proper fix is made for official Wine build :)
