sorry, It's amd64.

I use a gentoo linux laptop, build wine with system emerge.
system env:
gcc-4.7.3
wine-1.6_rc2 (X alsa custom-cflags fontconfig gecko gphoto2 gsm jpeg lcms ldap
mono mp3 ncurses nls odbc opengl perl png run-exes samba ssl threads truetype
udisks v4l xcomposite xinerama xml -capi -cups -gstreamer -openal -opencl
-osmesa -oss -prelink -pulseaudio -scanner -selinux -test ABI_X86="32 -64 -x32"
ELIBC="glibc" LINGUAS="zh_CN -ar -bg -ca -cs -da -de -el -en -en_US -eo -es -fa
-fi -fr -he -hi -hr -hu -it -ja -ko -lt -ml -nb_NO -nl -or -pa -pl -pt_BR
-pt_PT -rm -ro -ru -sk -sl -sr_RS at cyrillic -sr_RS at latin -sv -te -th -tr -uk -wa

It breaks when I run:  
rm -rf .wine && winecfg && wine explorer

the bug comes since 1.5.31, the version <=wine-1.5.30 works ok.

I used set USE='linguas_en_US' to compile wine-1.6_rc1, in locale
LC_ALL="en_US.UTF-8", It works fine.

I installed app-emulation/crossover-bin-12.5.0_beta1 , it based on
wine-1.6_rc1, the explorer runs ok.
