[Bug 31693] Gamepad vs. some CAPCOM games

Bug is semi-fixed: +X works as it have to, +Y still starts "pressed" but it
"releases" when i touch it on the gamepad and then (seems like) works properly.
Wine 1.6-rc2, xUbuntu 13.04 x86, the same Logitech F710 gamepad.
