Same problem with "Giana Sisters - Twisted Dreams":

err:module:import_dll Library X3DAudio1_7.dll (which is need by
".../GSGameExe_DX9.exe") not found

BUT: the exact same installation on a computer with nVidia graphics works! No
idea, what graphics has to do with audio, but I just want to mention. The
computers both have AMD CPUs with Ubuntu 12.04 64 Bit (and standard Unity
desktop). One has a nVidia Graphics card (GT430) and the other has integrated
graphics (AMD APU). Both use integrated standard Audio.
